The most famous street festival is probably the Carnival of Cultures, which takes place every year at Whitsun. Another highlight is the Bergmannstraßenfest in Kreuzberg in summer. Fairs such as the Berliner Frühlingsfest and the Berliner Herbstrummel offer classic fairground attractions with rides and culinary specialities.
