Action weeks

Berlin's urban society has the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of exciting energy transition and climate protection projects.

The “Berlin Saves Energy” campaign week is aimed at both a specialist audience and anyone interested in learning about and exchanging information on energy saving and climate protection in Berlin.

The numerous digital and face-to-face events enable encounters with people who are already actively involved in the energy transition.

The aim is to make the energy transition project tangible for society as a whole and to facilitate cross-sector dialog.

With its events, the action week highlights the various facets of the energy transition and climate protection in Berlin: construction and renovation, the energy industry, energy consulting, climate protection, communication and education. The participating institutions, initiatives, companies, administrations and associations combine expertise with commitment and the common goal of making Berlin a climate-neutral city.

From construction site visits and guided tours of power plants to political panels and energy-saving consultations - participants can find out about and exchange information on the current status of the energy transition and climate protection in Berlin in a wide variety of event formats. Everyone is welcome, from experts to beginners.

The “Berlin Saves Energy” campaign week is part of the “Berlin Energy Efficiency Campaign” of the Senate Department for Mobility, Transport, Climate Protection and the Environment. The entire program of face-to-face and online events will be available from mid-September at www.berlin-spart-energie.de.

Participation in the campaign week is free of charge.
