Levant cuisine with zero-waste approach

The location is legendary: In the 90s, loose women on red plush sofas clinked glasses with their guests here. Now head chef Yotam Alon has opened his new restaurant in the former Villa Rasputin. At Mored by Yotke, the former CEO of the Bellboy Bar takes you back to the Levant cuisine of his childhood. The concept combines Israeli-Arab culture with European influences. The menu features classic dishes as well as innovative interpretations - always refined, flavoured and served in style. His style of working with the most varied preparation methods not only tastes good, but also does justice to the zero-waste approach.
