This, from the outside rather inconspicuous, restaurant in Friedrichstrasse uses only products from Berlin and the surrounding area. Guests sit at the counter, which surrounds the open kitchen on three sides. Food is not served à la carte; instead there is a seasonal ten-course menu that changes daily. This concept was honoured by the Guide Michelin with one star. The restaurant also boasts a green star.
