Nobelhart & Schmutzig is a culinary hotspot with philosophy. Here, the guest is king - but among many other kings: The staff in the kitchen are also kings, as are the sustainably produced products from small farmers in the region. People, what people eat and the people behind it all deserve the same appreciation.

You will look in vain for tables of two at Nobelhart & Schmutzig, because eating is a communal experience. But what is served is unspeakably delicious. And absolutely Berlin. Because any ingredient that doesn't come from Berlin or Brandenburg... you won't find it here. That is noble.Hard, however, is the idea that you have to do without chocolate and citrus fruits at Nobelhart & Schmutzig.
