The Women's Festival Berlin on International Women's Struggle Day

On Saturday, 8 March 2025, the Festive Women's Assembly with Fete #4 will open its doors at the Forum Factory - a rousing festival to mark International Women's Struggle Day!

From 18:00 (Doors: 17:30) you can expect a diverse programme of music, art, film, poetry, party and inspiring encounters.

The evening will be hosted by the charismatic Gabrielle Scharnitzky, while great female artists unleash their power and creativity on stage.

The Bridesgown rock with indie, punk and their own songs, Simono delights with an experimental taiko performance, Josie Kantara combines pop, indie and soul, and the Hungry Hearts from Norway present their musical art project.

There will also be the short film L.A. TANGO by Elfi Mikesch and the humorous poems by Ukrainian queer artist Lazutkina.

After the stage programme, it's party night with DJ Feminasty, who will get the dance floor shaking with NeoPerreo and Latin rhythms.

The festival will be accompanied by a fascinating light installation by Lazy Liu, an interactive exhibition that transforms misogynistic slogans into positive ones, and the Magic Wishing Tree, which creates space for hopes and visions.

A delicious buffet will round off the evening - come along and celebrate with us. Together we will set a strong example for women*.
