Cookies Cream in Mitte is a hotspot and pioneer among the capital's vegetarian restaurants and was awarded a Michelin star in 2018. The vegetarian concept is rounded off by a comprehensive sustainability concept.
The ever-changing experimental creations of the starred restaurant Cookies Cream, founded in 2007, stand for vegetarian cuisine at the highest level. The ambience is very stylish with the red benches in front of the white-painted concrete walls and the open kitchen gives you a view of the kitchen team at work. What began with the vision of taking vegetarian cuisine to a new level has become a comprehensive concept consisting of a seasonally changing menu and regional suppliers. Most of the ingredients used come from a farm in Brandenburg. For the colder months of the year, the restaurant stocks regional ingredients, partly using the good old technique of preserving.
