Healthy fast food, honest and uncomplicated dishes with a focus on vegetarian and vegan. Among other things, the two restaurant operators offer wraps, salads and bowls, as they have long been available in cities like London or New York. The stylish restaurant can now be found eight times in Berlin. For example, on Große Hamburger Straße in Berlin-Mitte, but also at other centrally located sites and at BER Airport. Beets & Roots is committed to social engagement and donates one euro for every bowl sold to a partner organisation such as the Berliner Tafel. In terms of sustainability, attention is paid to recyclable packaging material and more sustainable supply chains. A deposit system for reusable bowls has been in place since 2020.
