On the sustainable tour at Florida Eis, participants have the opportunity to learn how CO2-neutral ice cream is made and of course to try the delicious varieties.

At Florida Eis, environmental awareness is not only promised, but lived every day. The new production facility in Zeppelin Park in Berlin-Spandau marks a revolution in ice cream production.

In the factory, Florida Eis combines craftsmanship with the most modern ecological concepts - from environmentally friendly technology to the maximum use of renewable energy. Photovoltaics, solar thermal energy and innovative recovery systems from refrigeration technology as well as highly efficient deep-freezing and the elimination of pumps and dosing systems enable hand-crafted production with a minimal ecological footprint.

By cleverly combining various components, the manufacturer achieves CO2-neutral production that not only pleases the palate, but also protects the environment.

Admission is free, registration is required.
