Under the title States of Fragility, a curated selection of seven short films by contemporary international artists and directors will be shown.

The films tell of transformation and change, of the natural cycle of life and death and the ritual in-between.
They evoke myths, ancestors and traditional beliefs and tell of a vulnerable world and the fragility of ecosystems. Some films refer to real events and develop a narrative from them, while others unfold through montages of images and the creation of atmospheres. The theme of fragility and its far-reaching facets underlies all the films.
