Every summer, as the golden light of late August begins to mellow into autumn, Berlin becomes the epicentre of a celebration that resonates far beyond the city's boundaries. Musikfest Berlin is an homage to classical and modern music, a stage where innovation meets tradition. For three weeks, the finest international orchestras, choral ensembles and instrumental virtuosos gather to present a programme as ambitious as it is varied.
