Every summer, as the golden light of late August begins to mellow into autumn, Berlin becomes the epicentre of a celebration that resonates far beyond the city's boundaries. Musikfest Berlin is an homage to classical and modern music, a stage where innovation meets tradition. For three weeks, the finest international orchestras, choral ensembles and instrumental virtuosos gather to present a programme as ambitious as it is varied.

Musikfest Berlin is a three-week festival dedicated to exploring the full breadth of the orchestral experience. From beloved symphonic classics by Beethoven and Mozart to rare, forgotten works and bold new compositions, Musikfest brings together an incredible diversity of music.
The event is a collaborative effort between the Berliner Festspiele and the Berliner Philharmoniker Foundation, ensuring that the festival meets the highest artistic standards. With around 40 concerts, showcasing 160 works from over 80 composers, Musikfest Berlin presents a broad selection of classical and contemporary music. Performances take place in some of Berlin's most iconic concert venues, including the grand Philharmonie and the Konzerthaus Berlin.
