The Booksoiree

Take part in author Ute Cohen's culinary journey, which begins before the French Revolution.

Ute Cohen describes the emergence of restaurants and menus, talks about table culture, star and TV chefs, eroticism while eating and she also takes a look into the nitrogen cloud in the "molecular kitchen". Three Berlin hotspots such as Rutz, Cookies Cream and Prism are among those featured.

Author Ute Cohen's culinary book will be published by renowned publisher Reclam on 19 July.

The book launch marks the start of the author's soiree tour and her book "The Taste of Freedom".
She will kick off the tour together with Stephan Hentschel (Germany's first vegetarian star chef), who has also been a guest at Cohen's Club and presented the book "The Rejuvenation Plan", which he published together with Nina Ruge.
