Ernst Restaurant

In the Ernst Restaurant in Wedding, twelve guests have room in the kitchen to experience the preparation of their meal live for one evening. The winegrowers and farmers from whom the restaurant purchases its products are told. These are mainly small businesses and farms from the region. The kitchen's principle: only seasonal food is cooked here.
