The FREA Bakery and the restaurant of the same name FREA are known for their zero waste concept and for using completely vegan and vegetarian, regional and seasonal ingredients. In the bakery you will find everything from sourdough breads, sweet pastries with creamy fillings and soft, flaky croissants. For the perfect start to the day, the bakery also offers coffee and sandwiches, sandwiches and croissants.

The production of the breads and patisseries is openly visible to customers. To ensure that the baked goods are particularly flavourful and digestible, the breads are given plenty of time to "rise". Always fresh and handmade. You can definitely taste the passion in the fresh baked goods from Domberger Brot-Werk. The ingredients used come from sustainable and in some cases even regional partners. The breads and cakes are baked fresh every day at all locations. You can find the exact production schedules for the individual locations online. The first and main bakery has been located in Moabit (Mitte) since October 2016.

Sustainability, reliability and gratitude - these are the values that the KEIT bakery stands for, from which its name is derived. KEIT bakes sourdough breads made from local ingredients. The range includes various breads. From classic wheat bread and rye bread to grain and milk bread to pretzels, rolls and baguettes. And if all this reading about delicious breads makes you want to bake your own, you can attend one of the workshops or courses offered by KEIT.

The Beumer & Lutum bakery bakes sustainably and in organic quality in the centre of Berlin. You can sample the fresh and varied goods baked daily in the six branches. There is also a hot lunch menu and various snacks from Monday to Friday. The selection of bread, rolls, savoury and sweet pastries and cakes is huge. The Siebert bakery in Berlin has been around since 1906. This makes it one of the oldest in the capital. The bakery and patisserie is a genuine family business and is now run by the fifth generation. To guarantee the high quality of its baked goods, Bäckerei Siebert combines traditional and proven craftsmanship with modern technology. You can be sure that only the highest quality ingredients are used for the products. Incidentally, Bäckerei Siebert also has a small breakfast bar, ideal for a delicious start to the day.

The JUTE bakery is Berlin's first completely gluten-free bakery. Founders Freda and Friedrich Gilsa are convinced that you don't need gluten to enjoy good food. More important are the joy of baking and the right ingredients. With its concept, the JUTE bakery is particularly aimed at people with gluten intolerance. But of course you can also enjoy the delicious rolls, breads and cakes if gluten doesn't cause you any problems.

The grains supplied from the region are freshly ground on site in the bakery. The Johann Bakery bakes in the heart of Schöneberg. The bakers see themselves as artisans and only work with the best raw materials and with respect for people, nature and animals. What makes the bakery so special? Almost exclusively ancient grains are used here. These include emmer, einkorn and red wheat.
