Handcrafted bread baking with a passion

The Domberger Brot-Werk team itself is extraordinary: very different people from all over the world who have been brought together by their love of handcrafted baking with sourdough. This passion is evident in the fragrant, fresh baked goods.

Apart from the branch in Essener Straße in Moabit, there are now five other locations where all products are freshly baked - without long delivery routes. You can also watch for yourself. The “Brotbrücken” are also original: one of the shipping containers converted into a bakery stands in Markthalle 9.

All the ingredients used at Domberger Brot-Werk are sourced from sustainable and, in some cases, regional partners. No food additives are added to the first-class raw materials. The result is an outstanding, handcrafted quality of bread. 

A particular favourite, for example, is Beutebrot, a wheat sourdough bread baked in the French country style. We also recommend whole grain rye bread, which can be kept for up to two weeks. Last but not least, the bakery is also characterised by its social commitment to various projects.
