Have a look: Berlin from above

At 368 metres in height, the Berlin TV Tower on Alexanderplatz is Germany's tallest building and offers visitors a panoramic view across the city. A lift takes you to the top where there is a viewing platform and a rotating restaurant.
A visit to the government building, Reichstag, includes the building's viewpoints which afford spectacular vistas over the government district and city centre. Make sure you book your tour in advance.
The Kolhoff Tower skyscraper opens in 1999 in the Potsdamer Platz district of Berlin. Europe's fastest lift takes visitors to the 24th floor open air viewing platform where you can enjoy the cityscape below.
