The EIGEN + ART gallery, originally from Leipzig, has had a second location in Auguststraße in Berlin since 1992. It presents contemporary artists in the fields of media, film/video, photography, installation, painting and sculpture, as well as conceptual art and performance. The gallery continually works together with a fixed group of artists, whereby the programme is supplemented at regular intervals by the works of individual young artists.
