Trainer brewer and malt master Thorsten Schoppe and his team have been producing and selling various craft beers since 2001. They also like to also offer brewing courses and sell home brewing kits as well as advise micro-breweries in and around Berlin. The products can be purchased in various Berlin beer stores.
