The Tim Raue Restaurant, near Checkpoint Charlie and the Jewish Museum, offers Asian-inspired cuisine. The food combines Japanese product perfection, Thai aroma and Chinese kitchen philosophy. The Tim Rae team would like to give you with your dishes joie de vivre and not burden your body. That is why we deliberately do without side dishes such as bread, pasta, rice and white sugar. On the menu you will find Raue-classics like "Norway lobster, Wasabi & Canton Style", "Zander, Kamebishi, Soja 10y & Lauch", "Pekingente Interpretation TR" and "Suckling pig, Dashi & Japanese mustard".
