However, when Baron Philip von Baugenwitz is found poisoned in a castle dungeon that has been locked from the inside, new life awakens in Angela. Supported by her loving husband and the gentle bodyguard Mike, she sets out on the dangerous search for the murderer.
Based on the bestseller “Miss Merkel. Murder in the Uckermark” by David Safier (Volume 2 “Murder in the Cemetery”, Volume 3 “Murder on the High Seas” will be published in December 2023), the film “Miss Merkel” was shot, the sequel “Murder in the Cemetery” was shot in Filmed in fall 2023. In the leading role of the wonderfully strange crime thriller: Katharina Thalbach, who takes on the character of the ex-chancellor in an intense and incredibly funny way.
Now she returns to the book and reads the best scenes from Safier's first “Miss Merkel” volume.
