Greenwichpromenade
Maritime flair in Reinickendorf
It’s true, Berlin also has a maritime element, and you can experience it along Greenwichpromenade. Here, where the wind dances across the water, the waves rush and the swans dabble, you can stroll along and enjoy the view of the lake. Or you could use it as the starting point for a walk in the woods of Tegeler Forst.
But you can also go to the riverboat station and set off on one of the many tours and trips on offer: for example to Oranienburg, to Wannsee, to the centre of Berlin or to the Havel lakes. You can also join in activities in and on the water – sailing, windsurfing and pedal boats are all available on Tegeler See.
