Fair trade premium coffees and coffee workshops
The team at Flying Roasters has made it their mission to unite top-quality coffee with social responsibility. For this purpose, they are working closely with the cooperatives that grow the coffee in an ecological, fair and solidarity-based manner.
Maintaining personal contact with the producers of the coffee beans gives Flying Roasters the opportunity to monitor the high quality of their raw materials themselves. The beans, which are purchased green, come from cultivation cooperatives in Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Sumatra, Ecuador and Ethiopia. They are then carefully roasted here in Berlin.
You can see for yourself the quality and fine flavours of the selected varieties at the coffee shop and café which is just a short walk from the Humboldthain in Wedding. In addition, the Flying Roasters always offer interesting workshops in their roastery and coffee shop: a barista workshop, a roasting workshop, a workshop on preparing filter coffee and a roastery tour including tasting.
