Steven Zeidler, master chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Bricole, is known for his special style of cooking: He elegantly combines inspirations from cookery cultures all over the world with sustainably selected, preferably regional products. He has been working together with patron Fabian Fischer for years - a truly successful duo.

‘Global cuisine with an earthy flavour": the classically based cuisine at Bricole plays with Asian elements such as Korean kimchi, Chinese XO sauce and Japanese dashi.It is awarded a Michelin star every year.
