Soundshake, Indie Pop Chor Berlin, Eve - Summer Voices

Despite its firm roots in these genres, the choir is always open to experimentation and enthusiastic about other musical excursions, which it regularly embarks on under the guidance of its conductor Florentine Faber.


SOUNDSHAKE consists of passionate singers who, through intensive rehearsals and musical commitment, have earned an outstanding reputation in the Berlin choral scene and regularly present their programs in a wide variety of venues.


The INDIE POP CHOR BERLIN is committed to a repertoire beyond the mainstream. Well-known and lesser-known gems of independent pop music, including those by Radiohead, Alt-J, Wir sind Helden, Agnes Obel, and Florence and The Machine, are performed in sophisticated arrangements by choir director Lena Sundermeyer, either a cappella or with guitar accompaniment (Matthias Grote).

Founded in the fall of 2016, the choir has won the hearts of its listeners at numerous performances in Berlin. Each voice brings its own individual timbre to the choir's sound, as well as its personal musical taste in the selection of pieces. In its seven years of existence, the INDIE POP CHOR BERLIN has created a unique repertoire and continually refines an authentic and vibrant choral sound.


EVE is a young vocal ensemble founded by students from the teacher training department of the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) under the direction of Tanja Pannier and Matthias Knoche. The ensemble is dedicated to a diverse repertoire that ranges from pop to jazz and across all genres.
The members of EVE share a passion for singing and have set themselves the goal of exploring the diversity of vocal music in all its facets. Their program is as diverse as it is contemporary, offering a mix of well-known songs in their own arrangements and new musical interpretations, as well as original compositions and improvisations.

Founded as part of the teacher training program at the UdK, EVE stands for creative collaboration and the joy of making music together. The combination of diverse musical influences makes every concert a diverse experience.
