The crook Samurai and his two buddies are delighted with the lucrative contract from the property shark. The latter wants to build chic luxury houses on the old Wafa's property not far from Tehran. The farm labourers on the orchard hear about these plans and fear for their livelihoods. For their part, they send the delegate Gol-Mohammad to old Wafa in Germany so that he will give them the land. A wild race for the title deed begins and the job turns out to be anything but easy.
And the winner is? Well - old Wafa has his own ideas.
