The Rooted Mini-Festival offers freelance artists a place to network over two weekends in July 2024. With information workshops and performance opportunities, freelancers are encouraged to develop and support each other.

Freelancers: Being an artist in Berlin can be a lot of work. This makes it all the more important to exchange ideas with like-minded people. The organisers of the Rooted Festival themselves bring years of experience in the industry, skills and knowledge as producers and expats. With Rooted, they have founded a place for creative Berliners.

- 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Entering and Staying in the German System led by Angela Fegers
- 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm - Lunch provided by Apricot Productions if participating in a full-day
- 4:15 pm - 5:45 pm - The Art of Production and Budgeting led by Nadine Freisleben
- 5:45 pm - 9:00 pm - Opening party
