Bon vivant offspring defy old-fashioned vocational school training with purely vegetarian menu

The Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro in Berlin is offering a special event on July 21, 2024, which is all about promoting young talent. On this evening, the experienced team will leave the helm to the trainees and dual students to give them the opportunity to design and organize a complete dinner on their own.


Jules Winnfield, the owner of Bonvivant, emphasizes the importance of sustainable human resources management and the continuous promotion of young talent.


Program and preparation

The trainees and dual students from the Culinary Management department will plan and organize the dinner independently. They will be supported by experienced team members such as head chef Nikodemus Berger and bar manager Elias Heintz. The aim is to teach the young talent not only specialist knowledge, but also a sense of responsibility and teamwork.


Special focuses

Jules Winnfield emphasizes that the menu also takes into account modern eating habits that are often neglected in traditional vocational school training. This emphasizes the importance of vegetarian and environmentally friendly options in today's gastronomy.

In addition to their own table, guests can also sit at the "Family & Friends" table to promote community and exchange. In addition, trainees from other companies have the opportunity to get to know the menu on weekdays at a reduced price of 62 euros.
