Le Faubourg

Lukas Hackenberg creates exciting contrasts, astonishing harmonies and an exciting variety of flavors in five courses. To start off, there are scallops with beurre blanc, sea asparagus, caramelized chicory and carrot. As a new New Year's Eve tradition, we recommend the 63°C Ucker egg with truffle, caviar, onions, potato chips and chive oil. The festive main course is a beef fillet with port wine jus, port wine shallots, salsify and potatoes. Frozen lime with lemon and mint granita is served as an intermediate course before dessert: champagne sorbet with coconut biscuit, grapefruit and white chocolate.

The 5-course menu - including welcome champagne, wine accompaniment and water - costs 269 euros per person. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends around 9:45 p.m. Afterwards, guests have the opportunity to celebrate the New Year in the lounge bar until 2 a.m. DJ Danny plays danceable hits from 9 p.m. and the bar team impresses with fabulous drinks.

Vox

The New Year's Eve menu in the Vox Restaurant sets the culinary stage for the countdown with seven courses - also vegan on request. It starts with a maritime touch with oysters, beef blue and cucumber, followed by scallops with hoy, Jerusalem artichoke and lichen as an intermediate course. A phô with ginger revitalizes the taste buds as a "palate cleanser". The aromas of the main course then come into their own all the more: Gamba Carabinieri with guinea fowl, jus and black truffle. The cheese course is characterized by Alter Comté with emmer flour brioche. A citrus sorbet with herbal kombucha leads gracefully into the finale: Peru Chocolate Andoa 70% with different textures and intensities as a dessert.

The menu costs 349 euros per person - including drinks and champagne as an aperitif. The year ends in style in the Vox Bar with a DJ and live music from 11 p.m. Entry to the party costs 49 euros and is free for dinner guests. At midnight, finger food is served as a snack with a glass of champagne.
