Free themed tours through "Roads not Taken. Or: It could have turned out differently"

"An opportunity to reflect on the world's great hopes: freedom, equality, fraternity - and sisterhood." This is how Esther Bejarano, survivor of the Auschwitz and Ravensbrück concentration camps, describes May 8th and calls for this day to be made a fixed day of remembrance in Germany.

On the 80th anniversary of the end of the war and the liberation from the Nazi dictatorship, the tours along selected turning points in German history look at events and historical possibilities that are related to these hopes for humanity.
