The renowned string quartet, which has been in the top league of the international chamber music scene for over four decades, will perform Ligeti's ‘Métamorphoses nocturnes’, Haydn's original and richly varied String Quartet No. 34 op. 20/4 and Beethoven's String Quartet No. 15 on its programme, which already opens the door to Romanticism.
