Film & Talk #2030- Season 15
At "The Grill" in Manhattan, business is booming, and money has gone missing from the register. Investigations are underway against all the undocumented chefs, and Pedro (Raúl Briones) is the main suspect. He is a dreamer and troublemaker, in love with Julia (Rooney Mara), an American waitress who can’t commit to a relationship. Rashid, the owner of "The Grill," has promised to help Pedro with his paperwork so he can become "legal."
