"Borderline: The Show of the Polish Losers" - a satire by the co-founders of the Club of Polish Losers, Adam Gusowski and Piotr Mordel, in German and with Polish humor.

The national border is a relatively new invention in human history. Nevertheless, it has a pretty big influence on people. This is clearly shown by the German-Polish border. Sometimes it is open, sometimes closed. Sometimes it runs here, then somewhere else. But no matter what it does, one thing is clear: it does not divide, it connects.

Why does the German-Polish border even exist? Why is there no alternative? What influence does climate change have on it? Why do wild boars always cross the border from east to west, never the other way around? And why should the German-Polish border be protected by UNESCO?

Adam Gusowski and Piotr Mordel answer these and 34 other questions in their satirical show.

About the people:

Adam Gusowski and Piotr Mordel are authors, satirists, filmmakers and actors.

Since 2001 they have been running the “Club of Polish Losers” in Berlin on a voluntary basis, where German-Polish cultural events take place. With their “Lieutenant Show” they appear on stage nationwide and comment on the relationship between Germany and Poland in a caustic and self-ironic way.

In addition, they have been producing the satirical magazine “A propos” for over 20 years, which is broadcast on Radio COSMO (wdr/rbb/rb) and can also be heard everywhere as a podcast.
