Film & Talk #2030 - Special
The delphi LUX presents Quentin Tarantino's fictional revenge thriller: During the Second World War, a group of Jewish US soldiers plan to murder leading Nazis in Nazi-occupied France, while a vengeful cinema owner plans to do the same.
In Nazi-occupied France, Shoshanna Dreyfus watches as her family is brutally executed by Nazi Colonel Hans Landa. She barely manages to escape and flees to Paris, where she builds a new identity and existence for herself as a cinema owner. At the same time, officer Aldo Raine forms an elite force of Jewish soldiers to carry out targeted retaliatory strikes against Nazis and collaborators.
