Berlin-Westend - that's a resounding name in the capital. This residential area in Charlottenburg represents a history that goes back to the 19th century when an exclusive area was created on the western edge of the city.

Here, palaces are lined up next to each other with beautiful parks and idyllic streets, everything a little quieter, more dignified.

The tour explores this part of Berlin and shows which people lived here, which institutions were located here, what happened in the Westend. And of course, it shows what makes the place so charming today.

The tour begins at Theodor-Heuss-Platz and ends at Steubenplatz.
