Book presentation: You can also fall upwards
After Joachim Meyerhoff was torn from his familiar life by a stroke in Vienna, he pinned his hopes on a new beginning in Berlin.
But his artistic work as a writer and actor became increasingly difficult for him. When a dramatic incident occurred at his young son's birthday party, he realized that things could not continue as they had been. He moved to live with his mother in the countryside, near the sea – a decision that gave him an incomparably eventful few weeks and, with her support, led him out of a deep life crisis.
Joachim Meyerhoff will read his entire book on a total of seven evenings in April and May.
Tickets for the other dates on May 8, 9, 10, and 11 are already available along with advance sales for the April readings. The readings will also be recorded as audiobooks.
