Berlin-Premiere by Florian Hein
In this play, a two-faced hero becomes both the character and the subject of observation: Bruce, alias Batman, roams the nights in search of justice. In a solo, actor Valentino Dalle Mura explores the fascination of the character, which became a new myth in the 20th century.
He tries to use the bat hero to find out more about his relationship with his father and the possibility of changing the world. And in doing so, he becomes his own enemy.
Actor Valentino Dalle Mura has been a Batman fan since early childhood. After devouring hundreds of comics and all the film adaptations for two decades, he now shares his extensive specialist knowledge with the audience and asks himself what kind of man and hero image he was worshipping.
