A fully equipped and renovated airport stands on the outskirts of Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh. But due to an embargo by Azerbaijan, no planes can fly and in or out. The airport stuff duly maintains the daily chores of upkeep, languidly waiting for the fateful day when they can see some actual air traffic.
