Photographers show their city
More than 70 photographs from the photo call “Berlin now!” show the city from very different, personal perspectives.
Under the title ‘Berlin at a glance’, the special presentation on the 3rd floor of the Museum Ephraim-Palais now presents more than 70 outstanding photographs by around 50 Berliners. They show the city's architecture, nature, residents and visitors as well as Berlin's energy, change, pace and rhythm.
They reveal what moves the city and its people. An atmospheric snapshot of Berlin in seven parts.
Collecting the present for the city museum of the future
The ‘Berlin now!’ photo call was launched by the Stadtmuseum Berlin during the coronavirus pandemic to document the drastic changes of that time and preserve them for the future. Since then, the successful programme has offered the opportunity to collect the present and tell Berlin's contemporary history together with the Stadtmuseum Berlin.
