Avishai Cohen

His playing is virtuosic, his stage performance emotional. And he always has a good feel for the next generation of musicians: Avishai Cohen is a double bassist, singer, composer and arranger of modern jazz. Fascinated by music from childhood, Avishai has played the piano, but switched to bass inspired by Jaco Pastorius.

At the age of 22, he moved to New York, where he immediately made an immense impression on the scene. He became part of the bands of Chick Corea and Danilo Perez, played with Kurt Rosenwinkel, Edward Simon and Seamus Blake, but also quickly made a name for himself as a bandleader of various formations, but always with his unmistakable melodic and virtuoso attitude.

His albums in the trio with Mark Guiliana and Shai Maestro are considered modern classics. His work includes the jazz context, but also string quartets and collaborations with renowned symphony orchestras such as the Brussels Philharmonic and the BBC Concert Orchestra. His work has received numerous awards and Avishai is considered one of the most creative and pioneering musicians of his time.

Guy Moskovich (born 1996) is an up-and-coming jazz pianist and composer from Israel who currently lives in New York City. Guy began playing classical piano at the age of 9 and began studying jazz at the age of 14 while attending the prestigious Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts and receiving a scholarship from the America - Israel Cultural Foundation. Guy's music offers a unique perspective on modern jazz, drawing from his Israeli heritage and Middle Eastern influences, as well as elements from Western classical composers such as Chopin and Liszt.

Roni Kaspi is an Israeli drummer. Born in 2000, Kaspi has been passionate about music since childhood, started playing drums at the age of 7 and later studied at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. While still a student, she became part of Avishai Cohen's new trio line-up. In her own band, the up-and-coming drummer combines hip-hop, fusion and pop music and sings in English.
