Every year, artspring film showcases diverse artistic positions by film and video artists and presents them for discussion. As in the previous year, the original local limitation to the Pankow district – i.e., Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, and Weißensee – was lifted, and all film and video artists were invited to submit their works. This year's artspring theme, [ˈapɡəˌfakt] – something is broken here, doesn't just refer to Berlin; rather, it spans the entire world.
