"The Art of Play_ concrete ballet_ explores the relationship between body and sound and the magic of collective spaces. The performance evolves from the fusion of various art forms: contemporary dance, live video- and sound performance create a dialog in the tension between stillness and motion.

The elegance of play is at center.
Three dancers from different sub-cultural dance traditions move through the audience in front of the Brandenburger Tor; they interweave physical theater, bruk up, ballroom latin, krump traditions, hip hop, ballet and street style influences.
Digitally modified audio files and synthesizer sounds are remotely reminiscent of fan chants in the stadium, creating both lush and very intimate soundscapes. The dancer's motion continues seamlessly into an hour-long DJ set and extends into the audience: creating new, sensual, sensory spaces of collective experience.
