At Bonviant Cocktail Bistro, vegetables are not just on the plate. Bar manager Yvonne Rahm also likes to add a dash of spirulina, beetroot or pumpkin seeds to her cocktail creations. The small, delicious dishes for which the Bonvivant was awarded a star also in 2024 are just as healthy. The menu presents a changing range of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Served as Eat-Easy Cuisine to share, the variety of colours and flavours is best enjoyed together with a few friends. Larger groups can be seated in the gallery room at a round wooden table among a jungle of green plants.
