Not only is the food delicious when dining out in Berlin, the whole experience can also be quite stylish. Each month we will look for the prettiest, tastiest, and most extraordinary food spots and share them with you.
1. König Otto
New year, new eatery! Our first culinary tip for 2017 is König Otto (King Otto). The freshly opened restaurant in the Kindle Centre for Contemporary Art should definitely be on your agenda for breakfast and lunch so you can try out the excellent vegan and vegetarian delicacies.
2. Pastificio Tosatti
Directly by Helmholtzplatz you can find the most delicious food from the pasta manufacturer called Pastificio Tosatti. You can look forward to pasta specialities from Bella Italia created lovingly by hand that you can either eat in or take away.
3. An einem Sonntag im August
If you are taking a leisurely stroll in Mauerpark, pop into An einem Sonntag im August (On a Sunday in August). There is something for everybody here – a breakfast buffet, burgers or delicious drinks. I find the motley collection of furnishings particularly charming here.
4. FACTORY GIRL
In Auguststraße you can find FACTORY GIRL – a cool café in which you can enjoy breakfast all day long. Start the day with sophisticated sandwiches, opulent breakfast dishes and fabulous coffee specialities.
