The Italian almond biscuits are lovingly handmade and of high quality in a modern and creative way for you in Berlin. Whether as a savoury snack with an aperitif, cheese or as a topping for salads or as a sweet treat. The Berliner Cantuccini differ from the classic recipe in a few ways. For example, the absence of any gluten and eggs. With the exception of the "Cheesy" variety, there is also no milk in the recipe. By replacing the flour with a high content of ground nuts, seeds and kernels, the consistency of Berliner Cantuccini is much less dry. The products are available in the online shop and the manufactory's small tasting parlour.
