Magic stars under the dome: The futuristic Center is adorned with a huge light installation consisting of thousands of bright blue and golden lights that hang like a gigantic chandelier under the brightly lit dome of the Center. More than 100,000 lights create a magical atmosphere.

Christmas woodland 

At Christmas time, the Sony Center is adorned with a festively illuminated Christmas woodland. The shimmering lights, together with the magic of the stars, transform the inner courtyard into an enchanted winter wonderland. 

The Center at Potsdamer Platz

The Center at Potsdamer Platz is a futuristic ensemble of buildings made of steel and glass with a spectacular tent roof above the forum, which glows brightly in the evening. Parts of the historic Hotel Esplanade are integrated into the modern building, which now houses a restaurant. For the little ones, a visit to the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Berlin with around five million LEGO® bricks is, of course, the real highlight.

The Center also houses the Museum of Film and Television, where you can take an exciting journey through German film history. The cinema Arsenal – Institut für Film und Videokunst e. V. shows discerning art house cinema and classics in the basement.

In addition to a visit to the cinema or the museum in theCenter, Potsdamer Platz invites you to stroll and linger with its theatre, another cinema, a shopping mall and numerous restaurants. It is the perfect destination for a cold winter’s day. At Potsdamer Platz, during Advent, the big winter world boasts an ice rink, numerous market stalls, a huge toboggan run and further amusements for the whole family. You have a great view over events from the PanoramaPunkt in the Kollhoff Tower. The fastest lift in Europe takes you to the viewing platform in just 20 seconds.
At Leipziger Platz you can continue your shopping tour in the exclusive Mall of Berlin. The German Spy Museum Berlin offers you a fascinating insight into the history of espionage.
