Travel terms

Dear guest, The following provisions apply to package holiday offers (entire travel services according to § 651 a Par. 1 BGB [German Civil Code]) which are offered by Berlin Tourismus & Kongress GmbH (visitBerlin) in its own name and for its own account. They shall, insofar as effectively agreed according to the statutory provisions, become contents of the holiday contract which is concluded between you, hereinafter referred to as “Customer” and Berlin Tourismus & Kongress GmbH, hereinafter referred to as “visitBerlin”. They supplement and fully complement the statutory provisions of §§ 651 a ff. BGB and the information regulations for tour operators according to §§ 4-11 BGB-InfoV [Information obligations with consumer contracts].
