1 Ticket - Admission to all open Palaces: including admission to Sanssouci Palace in Potsdam
The sanssouci+ combined ticket is valid for same-day single visits to all open palaces and buildings of the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin-Brandenburg (SPSG) in Potsdam, including a fixed admission time slot for viewing Sanssouci Palace.
The New Palace can only be visited on a guided tour. Please go to the Visitor's Center at the New Palace to get a seperate ticket with the guided tour time.

Important information
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. Reduced & free admission tickets will only be accepted with appropriate proof at the entrance.
Reduced-price tickets are available for schoolchildren, students, trainees, participants in the Federal Volunteers (BFD) or the Freiwillige Soziale Jahr (FSJ, voluntary social year) programmes, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 50%), as well as recipients of “Arbeitslosengeld I (ALG I)” unemployment benefits. Proper identification must be shown for reductions to apply.
Free admission (presentation of relevant proof): People with disabilities with a degree of disability (GdB) of 100, The support person recognized as medically necessary to accompany a person with a disability as stated in the disability ID card (marker B), People who receive social transfers (unemployment benefit “Bürgergeld”, social assistance, basic security benefits for job seekers, or payments in line with the Asylum Seekers’ Benefits Act) as well as their children under the age of 18 who live in the same household, Refugees with permission to reside or the suspension of deportation status and the person accompanying them (max. one accompanying person per one refugee); for refugees from Ukraine, the identity card or passport is sufficient as proof, One teacher for every ten pupils, Only valid for the ferry to Peacock Island: One accompanying person for every 10 children when accompanying groups from day-care centres with children under 7 years of age (certificate from day-care centre required), Children under the age of 7 (no ticket required), Only valid for the ferry to Peacock Island: Participants in SPSG events on Peacock Island with a valid SPSG ticket, Holders of a press pass, Annual Pass Holders
At all the other palaces and buildings, present your ticket at the ticket counter to take guided tours. You will receive an additional complimentary ticket stating the time of the tour for admission to that palace or building.
Parking: Paid parking is available for private vehicles in the P1 parking lot at the Historic Windmill.

- An exception is the New Palace in Sanssouci Park which is closed Tuesdays.
