A Different Impressionism - International Printmaking from Manet to Whistler

What constitutes an impressionist picture? Can there even be Impressionist art with prints in black and white and with special technical features? The exhibition in the Kupferstichkabinett shows the treasures of the ‘other’ Impressionism, most of which have never or rarely been shown before. A comprehensive selection of 110 works by 40 artists can be discovered in this exhibition. The exhibited works are from artists such as Édouard Manet, Auguste Renoir, James Whistler and Lesser Ury.
