Spreefüxxe Berlin

Handball for Women in the first German Bundes League

Higher, faster, further: The women's division of Füchse Berlin (Berlin Foxes) is not lagging behind its male colleagues in any way. The Spreefüxxe Berlin only entered the official league in 2011, but their success is striking. Berlin's women's handball team rose from the third to the first national league within its first three seasons. So, after twelve years, a Berlin women's team is once again playing first class handball. With courage, fighting spirit and will to win, the women's handball team play their home games in the Sporthalle Charlottenburg. Also fondly known as "the fox's den", the sports hall in Sömmeringstraße provides room for 3,200 spectators.
