Here you can conjure up your own specialty from your desired ingredients. All you have to do is decide on a chocolate mass and then choose from a variety of exciting ingredients. Professional chocolate makers will then produce them for you in front of your eyes.

Rittersport also presents its own small manufactory. Observe pure craftsmanship and learn how the chocolate makers shape liquid chocolate from the melangeur onto the marble slab.
